Why learn to meditate with me?
There are many ways to meditate, and many ways that people learn. To respect your individuality and your journey, I offer private instructions.
To ensure that you learn the process, understand how, and effectively begin meditating, I offer private instructions.
Private instruction is the most effective way to learn.
While you may have meditated in the past, in group settings where you were led through a process, and while you may have had wonderful, rich, and satisfying experiences – this is not the same as learning to meditate.
In this program, you will receive a one-hour instructional session, and 3 additional, support practice sessions over a period of 4 days. This will give you ongoing access to my support ensuring that you understand and successfully experience the process of meditation.
I promise that I will make it so simple that you won’t even believe it took you this long to start! And by the end of our 4-day training, you will already be meditating like a yogi.
