How will we work together?
Your goals and your current condition are the center of our focus, but the process is equally important, so I never forego the present moment priority for a future goal that may not be achieved if we do.
As an attuned listener, I will help you get new perspectives and insights about yourself and your process. Yoga Therapy and Tai Chi / Fa Kung offer us ancient (and sometimes secret) tools to make shifts that can help improve your connection with your body. Somatic Therapy and Education help me teach you to learn to recognize the cues coming from your body.
Please consider what’s impacting you physically, mentally, and/or emotionally. Our initial consultation will help to identify the areas in your life you want to effect change, and the potential, best, next steps. We are looking for what is most effective for you. In my approach, we are collaborating. It’s not MY way, it’s OUR way.
Sometimes clients arrive feeling hopeless. There is nothing “wrong” with YOU. There may be things in your life that are not the way you want them to be, but that can change quickly if you are ready for change and to co-create a new path for yourself. Where we focus our attention has great power and learning to re-focus to what you want can change the landscape of your life!
With over three decades of experience, hundreds of very unique clients and sessions, I am confident in my ability to help you.
“The environment I strive to set allows us to be completely at ease”
Generally, people are hesitant to look for support because they are unsure what steps to take. My clients leave with a feeling of hope and a belief in my ability to help resolve their issue. While our goal is to help you with your healing, I do not rush you to do so.
Time is part of the process. Not knowing how much time you will have or how to apply the time can be a bummer. Together we will learn to work with your natural pace, using time as another tool!
